Unfortunately, many existing programs designed to support energy efficiency require upfront investment, homeownership, or complex application processes. This leaves a significant portion of the population without access to reliable cooling.

The Cool Care Project was created to address this gap directly. By focusing on practical, community-supported installations, we ensure that vulnerable individuals receive long-term solutions—not temporary relief.
